I have spent 3 weeks trying to claim this redemption, i've called Samsung + Rogers and been tossed around by both.
I have purchased a brand new Note Ultra 20 5G and sent my accurate information proving i purchased this phone through Rogers.
My offer wasn't accepted twice for whatever reason and now it's stuck on pending.
I know this is a free offer but i just purchased a 1500$ + phone and to be treated like this is insane to me.
Really hoping i get some results from this post, although after all this time i highly doubt it.
