S-Pen always disconnected

For Samsung Moderators here, we're still waiting for you to have solutions with our Note 10 S-pen that won't connect after a software update and unable to use air actions.

PS. We are growing. More and more users are getting this problem.

I indeed turn off the air actions to stop notifying that it was disconnected. Sadly my s-pen just became the same as my note 8. The remote functions are gone which I definitely like. Also more users are posting this problem on the group page in fb.

If indeed there's a software bug in the update you just recently installed, I would suggest bro to reach out to a Samsung care specialist who is available 24/7.

That's how good after sales support of Samsung is. Even in this time of pandemic, Care specialists are on standby for calls. 👍

Thank you for your responding. I tried everything like clear cached, reset, running in safe mode, updating to the latest software. Already bought to CSC but won't replaced my s-pen as the 1 year warranty was already lapsed. I even tried remote testing but to no good.

Sad to know what happened to your s-pen. I have owned a Galaxy note 9 before and I know the usability a stylus brings to the mobile experience.

Have you tried using another s-pen from another note 10 unit?

Yes. Actually, this is the 2nd time to experienced this problem. I refused to buy another s-pen when I can't guarantee if it will work for long.

What is the common thing you have noted with those two experiences? Perhaps you may learn a thing or two from it. In case you get another Galaxy note.. (to be released in 2022 based on rumors)

Same with my Note10+ I thought my S Pen is broken. I usually use it as remote in taking photos. I just found it out one day when it keeps on notifying that my S Pen is disconnect to the phone. It started after the March 2021 Update. I already got April 2021 Security Update but still, the problem seems to be not fixed.

Same here, I experience that after the March Security Update. The April Security Patch doesnt fix the issue
