around the same time, i cant be entirely sure. though i already reset my phone to factory settings to get rid of any update bugs, but it didn't help. thanks for letting me know im not alone!
you're welcome. if I remember correctly some used a generic replacement though I'm not sure how long they last if they are not originally from Samsung.
a lot of note 10 users are experiencing the same problem. Samsung hasn't any solution other than a replacement. They should address the issue or else, many would lose trust and consider other brands for their next upgrade.
Moderators, please take notice! 🙏 Calling for free replacements for affected users, feels like there is something you're not telling us. Was just lucky enough mine was still within warranty so I didn't have to pay for the pen replacement, but if it hadn't been free I would have hesitated given the cost.
