Need some insights tips or suggestions. My S-Pen is working fine but whenever I'm using it for camera it won't take a picture neither record a video. Any suggestions on what can I do to fix it?thank you!
Hi, as said by PVader have you checked in Settings > Advanced features > S Pen > Air Actions?
If this does not work, you can try resetting it. Open settings > and then Tap on Advanced features > Tap S Pen, then tap More options and then tap Reset S Pen. Your S Pen is now be reset and you can being using it again.
I'll try to those suggestions again but whenever it tries to connect it won't really connect to my phone. However I can still use the SPen to other features except cameras.
