Why lately I have been seeing problems with s pen from note 10 plus onwards. S22U also see same s pen and screen green lines issues. I have used Samsung note since the early version 1st generation till now. It has been quite reliable before S20 series. Something is very wrong with samsung quality control nowadays. The reliability of the phone has been deteriorated and getting worse. What's the point of giving guarantee android and security update 4 or 5 years when the phone can't even last this long??
When you call to samsung customer service, they will ask you go make appointment and ready to pay the bill. That's their sop. So disappointed. Maybe time to switch brand.
I have to agree... I used to be a fan of Samsung phones, particularly the Note/S Ultra series but lately, it's been difficult to justify buying a Samsung phone, especially at it's astronomically high price point. The price to quality ratio is just comical imo. On top of that, I've been hearing a lot about Vivo, OPPO, and Xiaomi's camera prowess in the flagship segment, so tempted to make the switch.
