Samsung galaxy note 20 5G one of the screen area blackout

After February update which is two days after, Sudden in a moment my phone just going blackout a parts and I can't even touch it so I just restarted and it fixed what is happening to my phone eventually???

Youre lucky the screen worked after you did a restart, it was most likely a software glitch/bug.

My phone suddenly developed a rectangle shaped screen burn (10cm x 3 cm in size) and I've learnt from online forums and all that there are many note 20 ultra users out there who are facing the exact same problem (same shape and position). And from the shape of the screen burn, I'd say it's pretty obvious that it wasn't caused by image retention but instead it was caused either by manufacturing defect or heat related causes.

It looks like when I close the screen no always on but glitching from the screen of my wallpaper

But once a screen burn happens on a display, it won't go away one bro, it'll be there all the time and forever until the lcd is changed.
