They said the same fudging shieet. They couldn't do anything except wanting to grab my money to pay for the screen replacement on my own. I said fudge it, I'm not doing that. I went to complain about it on live customer service twice and again, they didn't want to give me free replacements at all and when I mentioned about India giving away free replacements for Note 20 Ultra, they said "oh, different countries have different fudging rules". So extremely and deeply disappointed with Samsung products. We paid so much to buy this model and 3 years later, this is the shieet that we're getting. And don't even talk about the battery, horrible piece of shieet. My phone lasts only 4 hours on a single charge with 2 hours SOnT and 2 hours SOffT on a single charge. Now I'm getting this notification that my battery is degrading. There goes Samsung products of the year.

They are currently in denial stage ... not sure if there would be changes in the future, meantime .. I will still carry on using it .. even with the green line .. cos no point replacing when the cost is almost half of the value

UPDATES : Went another SC .. and after their surface inspection ... they told me the phone screen was PRESURED .. the edge could be seen opening up ... to me .. it was like.. what a joke !!! ... if the phone somehow being pressed open without physical dents / bends ... what does that mean ? Meaning your quality is having a severe problem ... what's more causing the green line to appear ... really SAMSUNG ... u guys really need to do a better job .. to refute all these apparently production imperfections ... rather than giving customers lame excuses or reasons to turn down their legitimate claim and expectation of being served as valued customers... disappointment indeed ...

Any updates fellas ? ...
Still, no respond whatsoever from local Samsung .. wrote to their customer service .. was promised to look into some discounts .. but the whole cost sum up to be RM1,400 .. even with 50% discount wouldn't get any nearer to worthiness of having it repaired isn't it ? ... whatsmore ... its not even user's fault .. but highly believed to be component manufacturing defects !! .. sigh .. bear with the line then ...

Mine N20U occurred the infamous pink line today. My concern is whether a new replacement can guaranty it wont reappear in future. But since it is SW related issue, I believe there is still a chance it might coming back. RM1.4k repair cost but no guaranty that I might have to pay another RM1.4k. Its like ticking time bomb.

its getting more and more cases ... but SAMSUNG still chooses to ignore the fact that the screen really has product imperfection. we should call for a raise of hands .. to gauge how many affected users in Malaysia ... that are still awaiting for possible solutions from SAMSUNG
