So I was trying to purchase a s pen replacement for my note 20 ultra and was told that I can only get it ordered online, and in this case I'd rather order from a samsung official website instead to ensure its genuinely. Guess what, I couldn't find a single trace of samsung note 20 ultra related products from Samsung's official website itself??! And had later discovered the news of samsung announcing the termination of their note series flagship! I am truly disappointed and utterly upset of the awfully mindless decision made. I have been a loyal samsung user since the launching of the galaxy note 2! Before owning the note 2 I had, I was using an apple iphone 4s which wasn't too bad at all back in the day when it was still new? But since the moment I had my hands on the note 2, I have not had a single thought of shifting to any other electronic brand choices. I started off using a galaxy note 2, then a note 3, later on the galaxy note 4, note edge, note 5, then a galaxy s7 edge (as the note 7 had the battery safety issue and needed to be taken off the market), and sadly an s series really did not live up to my expectation as the performance and features of a s7 edge couldn't even be compared to a note 5? Two badges apart from both different model series? So I changed over to a note 8 as soon as I could afford to get one, changed to a note 9 512gb and still using it, but together with a note 20 ultra. While the ceo of samsung claims an s series replaces and takes over the legacy of the note series, I'm here to say that I do not agree with your sales speech. A note 2 got me started replacing most of my electronic devices to Samsung's brands, and I guess a note 20 ultra will put an end for my loyalty towards samsung now. Thank you Samsung for the upsetting announcement that I can now just abandon my believe and faith towards Samsung to start exploring other choices now. 👋

@JustinChiou sorry to hear you're unhappy.

The S22 Ultra definately does carry on the Note series legacy however, and besides naming convention, it's every bit a Note device.

Have you actually gone an tried one out?

Hi there. Yes I have. A mate of mine just recently bought the s22 ultra, I had a play with it testing its features cameras and all, overall I can't deny the fact it really is an outstanding device, but from experiencing the performance difference from the past to the s series, it simply just doesn't feel right. But most important of all and what matters to me the most is that I've stuck with using the note series ever since the note 2 and the name for Galaxy note represents its value and reputation of being the most powerful device samsung has ever came up with, then later comes the s series and so on. So my point is that samsung basically started to grow its mobile users market and had their advanced technology reputation in the mobile industry all thanks to the launching of the note series and they should just leave it be instead of terminating the manufacture of what got the brand started and let it get replaced by another flagship series that originally was being brought out in the first place to suit a different user market in the industry

I'm curious, if the S22 Ultra was called Note22 Ultra, would you still be unhappy?
Personally, I've owned a range of Note devices and the S22U is every bit a Note device except in name.

Hi @JustinChiou, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear you've been unable to receive a replacement S Pen. I have sent you an inbox requesting more information to look into your available options.

Hey Justin I feel your pain as I do enjoy my note 20 even getting the back fixed a second time I'm a serial dropper.
I'm picky so I don't usually take the first of a series except for the S22U should have listened to my instincts on that one (it's OK) it has to make me want it which the note 20 did.
Now own the fold 4 extra screen space now I gotta wait for the next one that'll scream you want me
I do skip several models
