Hey guys. I just got the Galaxy Note 10 but the Samsung Members app isn't working on it and it used to work on my Galaxy Note 8. How come?

You can acess to the forum with the following link on your browser. Personnaly, i prefer using Chrome because of his translater and because i am in FULL page mode...It don't resolve your problem but it give you another way to access the forum with ALL of your device.

@Karumin, can you show or tell us how it is not working? All we know is the app not working. Is there any error message? Or the app tells you what is not working? You can even capture a screenshot if you don't know how to explain. Thanks!

When you create your samsung account, were you choose Canada as your country? Also, are you purchase your phone in Canada as well?
