samsung note 10 plus screen discoloration

has anyone experienced having a partition on your screen wherein top part of the screen has the normal display but the lower part has the yellow tint? i noticed it after the latest update. but i'm not sure if this is really the cause. tried hard reset and uninstalling third party apps, but still the same.

also, yung partition/discoloration is straight line talaga sya na hati. so medj mukhang malabo na physical damage sya or burn ng amoled?

maybe, a strong force touch or accidentally sitting on it. If you think no error caused by a daily use, you can connect to samsung's live chat support

i dont sit on my phone or anything. dropped it a few times before, yes, but didnt damage anything. yeah, might just have it checked some time.

also pala, straight line na hati sya sa screen. hindi irregular so di ko sure if yung physical damage or amoled burn kung as in straight line syang hati

No issue for me on Note 10+ suggest you have it checked right away especially if still within warranty

it is past its warranty. hmm i dont go out that much now that it is pandemic. well, if it is broken, then it is broken haha so i wont bother that much to have it checked. it is unnoticeable most of the times but yeah will have it checked as soon as possible

magpaset ka ng appointment, then ipacheck mo kahit out of the warranty na sya. Yung S10e ko, nagkaroon ng green tint 2 months ago, out of warranty na din. Pero pinalitan jila yung display panel, battery, at chassis, for free. Okay naman so far.

hi where do i set appointment? may samsung care center sa mall near me, do i just go there and set an appointment? or is it done online?

sa case ko kasi, galing pa akong province. Online ako nagpaset ng appointment, then sa SM North Edsa yung pinili kong serv center. After 5 days, okay na. Pero 2 weeks ko pa bago mabalikan dahil sa community quarantine.
