samsung Note 20 ultra camera problem

i have problem with my samsung note 20 camera

cannot capture image and video blurred

especially when in mode 10x 20×

why is this happen?it because hardware or software?can my dear friends advise me

I have same problem at my note9 as well. You can find it at my previous post. But it just automatically fixed, so I think is software problem.

My Note 9 screen become green bro.Now death ready because of software..

I suggest we not use Samsung phone with heavy like gaming because screen AMOLED easy to burn after long time use.My Galaxy Note 9 damage because of screen become green after 3 years use.
