Hi i dont know if everyone have this problem but i notice that i am not the only that have. I want to share it with you and want samsung to fix it at the same time.
Here the problem. When i receive a call from someone or i call someone my speaker on the top of the screen can bearly hear what the person say. My brother and one of my friemd have the same problem. At the beginning i was thinking my phone problem but it is not only me.
if the person is calling using the facebook messenger, just wipe cache of the fb messenger. but if its direct to your phone, wipe everything. lol just kidding, have you tried watching on your phone? is the speaker ok? if the speaker is working fine via youtube or any videos or audio app, its an app problem, either master reset your phone or wipe the cache of your phone. this will be my solution if it happens to me, but lets wait for other's, they might have a different work around.
