Dear All. Recently my phone screen brightness setting turn to very dim ( straight to lowest level) automatic in every situation, even at outdoor. Sometimes I even cannot see the content of my phone content. I try to turn to turn off adaptive brightness , but it will automatically turn on again and the screen brightness turn in to low level again. What's happen with my phone ? Hope can get solution here 😩

go to Settings / Displays to off adaptive brightness.
if want to reset settings go to General Management / Reset / Reset Settings.
hope this will help.😀

If you have installed the screen protector, it is possible that it is the reason because it hinders the light from reaching the sensor ambient light. I advise you to remove it.
