Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Could you please let us know which application is crashing. One of the common reasons for crashing can be not having enough storage space. Also please restart your device and check if that resolved your issue.
Is your Note4 Rebooting on it's own as well? If so - You might be starting to experience the fairly common "emmc" failure - Happened to my Note4 - If that's the case - The only fix is to replace the motherboard & you may find it more sensible to get a new device.. Note4 was awesome in it's day!
rebooting on its own no but it drains my new battery when i put in a brand new one...i went thru 4 batterys now it says its 100% but once i unplug it it shuts down the charging memory in it has a virus or something but that dosnt explain my certain apps not working
If you have NOT Rooted your device - You may want to Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset - OR you could Boot into Safe Mode & test the battery drain issue to try to determine if it's a 3rd party app causing the problem.
If you HAVE Rooted your device - Backup with Titanium & ReFlash The Rom or Stock Samsung Firmware.
Rebooted or Booted into Recovery & Factory Reset? What kind of replacement Batteries are you using? Anker Batteries are pretty good replacements - Just as good if not better than stock Samsung batteries. It COULD also be a Storage issue - How much free space do you have on your device?
space i still have battery is good and battery works fine and lasts 2 days as long as i have internet off i think some virus downloaded somewhere to drain my battery faster when connected to the internet so i use 2 batterys one for home but i need to have my note4 plugged in at all times shows 100% but as soon as i unplug it it shuts down and other battery for when i go out but i turn internet off but that dosnt explain the apps not working
