Samsung Pass

Samsung Pass will not show the prompt to save password for certain apps like spotify,reddit, webtoon. Does anyone know how to fix this. I am using a Samsung Galaxy s20 Fe.

Try this. Open Samsung Pass > i.d.s & passwords > Click on "manually added" > Click on the "+" to add the website to Samsung Pass & enter the details.

You might just need to log in samsung pass again. Happens sometimes after an update or if you re-register your fingerprints.

Hi, Please try the suggestions provided by RedDogRabbit and GG2. Please make sure the Samsung pass application on your mobile device is updated to the latest version via Galaxy Store.
