My wife was having the same issue on her S10, only in the Google Search app. We tried clearing the cache of the app. Unfortunately that did not fix it, so we changed the theme in settings to light mode instead of dark mode so it wasn't flashing as much.
Don't you dare say google is bad 😤 Google is our friend, they just act up randomly 🙃👈 all them algorithms are really tasty @ times. (I not sure I'm liking this not deleting shoot @IfLySoLO 🙈🙊🙉)
