Go to the Eatons Centre one as their repair centre upstairs should be open and can do the repairs much faster. The one at Yorkdale is under renovations last time I was there and could be a problem with any service repairs.

I had a quick fix at Eatons Centre and only took a day to repair. It was similar similar when I did a repair at Yorkdale in February but yeah, under construction. I suggest also backing up data cause they'll 100% delete it
