Setting Froze after software update

I am using Note 9. After software update today, my setting froze. Anyone know how to rectify?

Hi. May I know what is your next step when the phone hangs? You restart the phone? Has the problem persist after the reset?

i tried everything as suggested fr the net like the soft reset n wiping partition cache but all fail. the only problem is the setting app.others works fine

I think the best option now is to visit the nearest Samsung service centre, since most of recommended suggestions are already applied, but to no avail.

i found this link n in safe mode i could access the setting but normal mode i cant. i think its firmware problem

my biggest worry is factory reset. my Google authenticator is not transferable unlike authy
