I have a Samsung note 20 ultra that I bought in the UAE. I used the Etisalat network provider while there. I've now moved to Canada and just yesterday went and got a koodo sim card. The woman at the desk couldn't get it to work with my phone but said I could take the sim and see if I could do anything. I've been trying for a while now but can't get it to work. The phone recognises there is a sim card in, but doesn't have any info on the sim card and I can't use data or make calls. I've tried resetting network settings, restarting the phone. Nothing works. Any suggestions, or should I just cancel this sim with koodo and get a different sim from a different provider?

Hi, you can use any country sim card on your device. But the Sim card you are using should be compatible with the Sim card band.

We kindly request you to contact the Samsung UAE support, as it is non Canadian model and we do not have the exact Sim card band information.
