SLOW DATA TRANSMITTED TO MY PHONE SG NOTE 10+

 every time i load my phone a gosurf50..   y the data transmitting is so slow.. ?? that I need to restart  the phone just to use the gb available to the promo.

Are you using LTE? If not, go to Settings - Connections - Mobile Networks - Network Mode - Select LTE.
If it doesn't work, change your APN to internet.globe.com.ph

Try to reset your network settings.

Setting> Generals Mngment> Reset> Reset Network Settings. Then Restart device.

Otherwise

1. There's a problem in your promo subscription try another promo.

2. There's a problem in Cellsite near you (maintenance etc..)

 

(REMEMBER: ONLY "RESET NETWORK") just leave the other reset options.
