My note10+ smart view can not detect our 3 units of Chromecast around my house. But my wife's note9 is fine. Anyone experiencing this issue?

Does the Note 10 plus already in Android 11? If yes, there's a note that the Smart View no longer supports Chromecast device and it is advised to use the Google Home app instead.

I have a Samsung device with Android 11. Before the upgrade, I was able to mirror the phone via Smart View. Now, it's no longer supported, and I have to use the Google Home app to mirror the screen.

This is intentional as far as I know. They have stopped supporting it during the new updates. Outdated phones can still mirror using smart view though. I think security issue was the reason for it.
