Hello, I have a Samsung note 10+ , the last time it did a software update was September 2020. Each time I try to update it, it keep telling me that the software is up to date but it's not. 

Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem

Hello akaliah, your updates depend on if your phone is bought from an operator, the country is registered and many other variants.

Whenever an update is ready for your device, you´ll receive a notification.
