Spam filter being set on with Samsung phone app will send all incoming to voicemail after September 2 update

Open Phone app → click 3 dots on top right → Settings →Block numbers

Turn off Block unknown / private numbers

Open Phone app → click 3 dots on top right → Settings

Turn off Caller ID and spam protection
