Spen Always Disconnected

Not sure if anyone had the same issue or not, but the spen for my Note 10+ is always disconnected. It actually started at one of the monthly updates after the OneUI 2.5 update came out. During this time the spen rarely shows "disconnected" on air actions setting page. But ever since OneUI 3.0 (Android 11) update, my spen cannot connect to the phone at all. I mean, I can still write something or scroll with the spen, but the Bluetooth "remote" features can't be used, at all. 

Before you share out your solutions, I just wanna say that I've never used any covers on my phone, done resetting my spen on the air actions settings page, and I've restarted my phone quite a number of times. 

Anyone had a similar or same issue? If it's a software glitch, hope it can be fixed on next monthly patch; if it's a hardware issue.......maybe I will send to service center or get a new spen, or maybe I might just let it be bcs despite having the feature I only used it occasionally (I can use my Galaxy Watch to act as my "shutter remote" for the phone's camera).

I started to experience this a few month back, also after a system update. Sounds like system update broke the SPen.
