[Suggestion] - Samsung Email

Hi Samsung,

Recently I received some email, the graphics were not loading. But I can download and viewed on Gallery.

I tried all methods and removed accounts and re-added them. No joy.

Finally search up on internet. Found out that Samsung Email app not support .png file format. And yes, all email that attached or signature that contain .png will not loaded. But worls for all .jpg

Can Moderator send this request to the team, please ask them to support .png format on Samsung Email? .png is a very common format in the web.

I encountered problems with gmail and Android 10 on S10. So, I switched to Samsung's

PNG files can be opened on Samsung email. Could you please try with an alternate file attachment. If there is any error while trying to access the PNG file, then please let us know with the error being displayed.

Hi keagan, please see the attachment. I thought the apps not support .png

I can save it then open. But not display on the email body itself.

When I long press on the un-display graphic area and choose view graphic, it gave me that error.
