I've received this message last week for WhatsApp and now received it today for Snapchat. See screenshot.

Any ideas? I'm thinking that my Note 10+ might be having some wifi connection issues,  when this happens I try other devices that are connected to my wifi network and they work fine.

Is it only this app that can't connect? When this message happens, do other apps work fine on WiFi? Does the issue only happens on a specific WiFi access point or every access point you tried?

I've seen this issue last week with WhatsApp (2 times) but hasn't done it since and then today with Snapchat. I work from home so I'm basically connected to my home wifi all day. I can't say I've seen this happen on other wifi networks as I'm really not connected to other wifi networks when I'm not home.

I am on what's app but not snapchat and I have never seen this before, does it happen on all wifi connection.. ie work or home etc?
The only thing I can think of is try forgetting your wifi connection the re add it and don't forget to add it to your trusted devices.
