Suddenly, the phone's clock started showing a time that was offset by two hours from my local time.

I deselected automatic time zone and auto date/time and set them manually. If I return it to automatic, the timezone and local time would be offset by two hours

I checked if this was a problem with the network provider. I found that my friend's S8 which is on the same network has no issues.

Has anyone experienced this?. How can I resolve this?.

I got a reply to my feedback about the above mentioned problem from Samsung team[check screenshot]. I followed the instructions and my time now has only one hour difference from the local time. Earlier it was 2 hour difference. Still will not show the original time.c29e1c0c-ef07-4a49-a27b-b20f8f567199.jpg

Each time I report this problem to Samsung through the feedback option on the phone, They will advise me to restart the phone. And that's all they know.

The problem is still not solved.

Here is a screenshot of my conversation with Samsung about this issue0ea69310-2aaa-47ee-a525-2a045a6aaac8.jpg
