Hi note20fan,

We are sorry to hear this issue from you and understand how concerning it can be to see error messages such as Unstable internet connection or issues accessing secure websites. You've already taken a great first step by performing a factory reset let’s try a few more things together to help get this resolved.

Clear Browser Data If you’re using Chrome, try the following:

Open Chrome > Tap 3-dot menu > Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data. Select All time, then clear Cookies and site data + Cached images and files.

Use a Different Network. Test the issue on a different Wi-Fi network or your mobile data. If the issue disappears, your current Wi-Fi network may be the source.

Reset Network Settings. This will remove saved Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections and restore network settings to default.

Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.

Try Samsung Internet Browser. If you're currently using Chrome, consider testing the same sites using Samsung Internet, which may yield different results.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it’s also worth contacting your mobile or internet provider, as network-level filtering may be affecting secure site access.

Please let us know how it goes. We're here to help.

Thank you.

Thank-you🫶 I called shaw/rogers, and they are saying it's a bug in my browsers sending FAKE messages the ones I shared here. Between shaw/ Rogers, both blaming Samsung for the problems.
