Why there is no update of android 11 to samsung note 8?

Note 8 is a 2017 device and unfortunately only 2020 onwards devices were announced to recieve the Android 11 One UI 3.x updates.

Yes, that is the last update for Note8. Unless you do it manually yourself.

as far as i know before samsung devices receives only 2 major updates that's why note 8 is not eligible for android ll.

As for your concern and as per comments of your fellow members too, Samsung Note 8 is not eligible for the Android 11 update since the device was released years back, and that it maxed out to 2 major updates.
