After updating my phone, I noticed this wake up call keeps on appearing on my notifs. How do I disable this???

Are you pertaining to Bixby's Voice Wake Up? Can you share a picture of the notification?

Go to the Bixby App, Open its settings, and disable Voice Wake Up from there.
