The screen is not broken and I don't know what do do with this?? The phone is not wet. I did drop it a few days ago but I opened the phone and disconnected and connected again every cable and it did make it stop for a day but now it's happening again.

Hello MorgaSR, this is Mexico's Samsung Members Community, you'll have may bigger chance to get an answer to your publication if you post in Spanish.

I strongly recommend to take your Galaxy to a Samsung Service Center, if available at your city, to have it checked by a technician.

Since you drop your Galaxy warranty may have been voided.
