Galaxy NoteWhen taking photo using Samsung Note 10+ then transferring onto the computer, then from the computer trying to apply tags in the properties, I received this error message:
Error code: 0x88982F52: There is too much metadata to be written to the bitmap.
Some images gives this error message when writing tags, and others seems okay.
The problem appears to be more apparent on images that are taken outdoors. Less of this problem when taken indoors. Also tagging videos, whether is taken outside or inside, have no problems. The GPS location is turned on at all times.
All Computers have this same problem.
https://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-N975W/XAC/doc.html
This problem happened after the update on Jan 15 2020 or Feb 25 2020.
Had struggled very hard to communicate to Samsung Support, seems like they have no clue what I am talking about and there is no upper level support to reach out to.

Galaxy NoteI am wondering, would the bike's GPS Computer cause some interference to the Note 10+ phone ability to take photos, that would cause the error message to come up? I feel like these photos problem only seem to happen when I am outside cycling. When I take photos outside while cycling, below me is the bike's GPS computer. Wondering does it cause interference to the phone?

Galaxy NoteHi Keagan,
I have taken some outdoor photos without the presence of the GPS unit and without the GPS Garmin watch, and seems to work fine,. There were no error messages when writing tags from PC.
I will do some testing soon, and let you know if the presence of the GPS trip computer on the bike do cause some strange interference to the phone.
This is the GPS computer I purchased:
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0774CWLGZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
iGPSPORT iGS50E Bike Computer Wireless with ANT+ GPS
Also I have to determine if the GPS Garmin Watch Vivoactive 3 also has a role to play in this problem. I will have to do some trial and error testing. The GPS Garmin watch sends heartrate signals to the Bike computer by bluetooth.

Galaxy NoteHi Keagan
So I have tested with 2 images, one with GPS Bike Computer on and without the Garmin Watch, and one with GPS Bike Computer active and with the Garmin Watch acrive sending heart rate and GPS tracking on the watch. Both scenerios did not seem to show adnormalities when i write tag from Windows PC.
Strange that the tag problem is a random issue. But I will continue to monitor all situations and scenerio and let you know if this problem arise again, and if it arise, what factors that could have played a role.

Galaxy NoteHi Keagan,
So I went out to cycling, and the random issue comes up. Some images are able to write tags from PC, but some images cannot and showed that error message above. During the whole time, the GPS computer and Garmin GPS watch is active.
I will attach the 2 images examples with a dropbox link so you can download them and analyze/investigate the images.
Can write tags - has GPS information

Cannot write tags - but no GPS information in file
