I'm charging my Note 8 with no case, with original Samsung fast charging, to convertible wireless charger (EP-PG950) which I just bought from Samsung.
The issue is when I put it up to horizontal position it shows charging but when I woke up in the morning it says "not charging" with the battery remained the same as I left it the night before. However, when I charge it on flat position it does not have any problems. Help?
Nothing it just worked again... it has been a month now since last time and the problem was the same... it was showing charging but in the morning nothing...
I try to charge it last night and tuh is morning it was full halfway and stopped. "Not charging" the screen. Bummer.
Samsung's stupid policy doesn't except refund from Amazon purchases (even though their CS said they'll accept regardless). I guess I have to go through the hassle from Amazon.
This happened to me once. It has to do with how the phone is positioned. typically a problem when charging phone flat. Most wireless chargers are single coiled so the position is important. there are double coiled chargers that will solve this. If you use a stand-up wireless charger, the issue disappears.
