As there is no way to fix my account issues but to talk to chat people, and after filing my case for more than a month, and still until today they're saying the same programmed answer "please allow 24-48 hours for an answer", it's been more than a month I'm waiting while calling 2 time a week to follow up with the same answer.
I just want everybody to see the level of customer support Samsung has, i have been a loyal customer to Apply for the past 10 years, and i decided to move to Samsung as i like the Ultra phone, but I'm really shocked with the level of support they have.
Be aware people, never use/buy Samsung devices as you'll receive a *** customer loyalty.

Samsung care plus is a fraud. How is there not a class action lawsuit against them? If anyone knew that the protection included 10 days with no phone, I'm sure they would reconsider the value. Samsung deliberately extends the manufacturer warranty a year with care plus, thus forcing us to use their repair facility, which in my case can't get the part I need, so what am I paying for? As far as I'm concerned this company can piss right off. I was better off with asurion. They sent me a phone before I sent the old one back. Why is that not an option? Because they know *** well nobody can go 10 days without a phone and they got you by the balls. It's dishonest and if there is a such thing as hell, anyone that had anything to do with making this a thing deserves to go there.
