S21 One ui 6.0

WHY I DIDNOT RECEIVE ONE UI 6.0 ,is really frustrating seeing other people enjoying with last update and we stuck at Update of August 2023 

Samsung Japan what are you doing , where the update for S21 , baaaaad User experience with samsung Japan , we need the update , at least security updates 

 It is a catastrophe not receive any update since august 2023 , we have 4 updates for the s21 , please answer why the update didn't be received till now 😒😡🤬😤

The Japanese version is custom made by carriers such as au and docomo, so updates are inevitably slow.

I wish they would update it at the same time as the global version 😒

I dont know if iam using docomo version , how dit u know that because the only tjing thay i found is i have the KDI CSC in the service provider ,

I dont know why they are very late , normaly the update start on 20 decembre itis approximately 2month and we still didnt get anything , Bad customer experience with samsung , there is no service for customers feedback

I think Samsung's response is really bad.
So I wish Samsung the best.

As for the delay in the update, some carriers have delayed the S21 update twice, so I think that means they are not done fixing the problems and supporting the carrier apps.

If that is the case, I hope the carriers will improve so that the update arrives as soon as possible.

That's a possibility.

The global version of the S21 has long since received an update, so I'm sure it will eventually be updated.

Maybe they are trying to get people who can't wait until then to buy one.

It's already mid-February, so maybe the update will be delayed again to March...

Yes maybe they often do the same with the old models but this year is very late even the mid of February is very late , last year s21 received 5.0 in January,

This year's update is really too late.
But no matter what I say here, Samsung and the carriers will not change anything.
That said, Samsung's customer supporters will do nothing either.
What should we do?
