I've had my 23 ultra since mid last year and since the update (downgrade) around December I'm having more and more problems.

I use my phone for Google maps all the time for work and driving unfamiliar areas but since December whenever I try to tell Google or Bixby something it does something either a bit different or completely different and if I try to go to my home screen while maps is up than it causes my phone to freeze for 5-10 seconds which is very aggravating.

I regret "upgrading" from my note 10+.
Either samsung should fix their "updates" or don't change it at all.

Hi, I request you to please follow the below steps once and check again.

Here is the path:

Power the device off.

Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key.

Navigate with the Volume keys to the wipe cache partition option and press the Power key to select.

Performing a wipe cache partition removes any temporary files that may be causing an issue with the device.

Hi 45RedBall, we apologize for the inconvenience you are facing. We recommend following Helenna's solution (that is to wipe cache partition). However, it seems you are having specific issues with your device. If you can provide a little bit more detail, it would help us and other Members provide a solution.

I called Samsung and after they've remote in twice they could not find the issue as well as everything is updated. And now Samsung and Rogers are just playing ping pong. Where I'm the ping pong ball and they blame the other for and issues and now I just want to get rid of my 23 ultra and go back to my note 10plus

I always wipe cache partition after a O.S software update and my S23U works just fine.
