You need to get your information correct! 

In Canada, Security Patch Updates are NOT rolled out in stages! It does NOT matter what region in Canada, or what Canadian Carrier you are with! ALL Security Patch Updates come from Samsung's Canadian servers at the same time! 

Stop providing FALSE information! 😡

This is Canada, not the US or some other country!!!
