Well enough is enough. I think after waiting for 44 days after ordering my S22 Ultra and being on " Preparing for Dispatch " for 4 days I have been patient for too long.
I have been a Samsung mobile user for over 20 yrs and never have I come across sheer incompetence and utter disregard for loyal user/customers from a so called global company.
It saddens me to say that I have cancelled my pre order and I'll continue to use my S10 plus as long as it is supported.

Good luck to all those still waiting..

Are they going to provide a prompt refund or is there BS related to that as well ?

I some how doubt it, I was told to send a email in which I did and got a automated reply ... we will respond 48-72hrs lol

I believe Samsung does make good phone and their a product is pretty good...but ...buying directly from them...that's different story... This is probably my last time buying or preorder from Samsung.com... next time I am just gonna do it on Amazon or best buy..this is just nightmare buy from Samsung.com

They have great devices if you can get your hands on them .... lol. I've been very happy with my S10 plus.

in my case, they do actually ship it to me when i call them to cancel before it shipped. And they even tell me it will not ship and cancel. It is just the communication within their company is just very poorly, their customer service have no idea what happen to the shipping department, and also the finance department has like no idea what happen to the warehouse. That's why a lot of people complain on cancel or shipping status are completely messed up.

However due to overwhelming success of our new product launch, we have been impacted, therefore still waiting on many models to arrive. I am not holding my breath lol.... I have already started the process to cancel my order and giving Samsung's swiftness to process things I am seriously wondering which will come 1st... the phone.... the refund.... or my Canada pension.
