Galaxy Sin my case, they do actually ship it to me when i call them to cancel before it shipped. And they even tell me it will not ship and cancel. It is just the communication within their company is just very poorly, their customer service have no idea what happen to the shipping department, and also the finance department has like no idea what happen to the warehouse. That's why a lot of people complain on cancel or shipping status are completely messed up.

Galaxy SHi Echo1, We were expecting inventory to arrive in our Canadian warehouse. However due to overwhelming success of our new product launch, we have been impacted, therefore still waiting on many models to arrive. At this time, I wish I could give you a firm date, but unfortunately I do not have a confirmed timeframe for your order.
