Well enough is enough. I think after waiting for 44 days after ordering my S22 Ultra and being on " Preparing for Dispatch " for 4 days I have been patient for too long.
I have been a Samsung mobile user for over 20 yrs and never have I come across sheer incompetence and utter disregard for loyal user/customers from a so called global company.
It saddens me to say that I have cancelled my pre order and I'll continue to use my S10 plus as long as it is supported.

Good luck to all those still waiting..

This isn't directed at you, BUT No One CARES, about the "overwhelming success"!

Samsung has people's MONEY for over a MONTH in some cases!

Samsung should not have processed any payments, UNTIL the devices were SHIPPED!

who cares how much you sold when your customers aren’t happy, even it is 1-2/10 customers and they jump ship!

I cancelled as well. And you should get an email soon is what they told me as well but I am going to keep calling everyday if I don’t see it in my inbox my Tuesday. I would like my money back with the same speed they charged me!
