So, Samsung heard us complain about ads, a few spots in the system had them.
Music, health, weather, pop-up notifs for Samsung products, and so instead of removing them, like ALL the complaints called for, yall f@#$ing double down and add more?! Is this some sort of joke??
Apple is currently getting ios 14 ready to block tracking and become super security friendly, while Samsung is here like: moneymoneymoney have ALL of the ads, despite having paid nearly 2k for your phone!!
Samsung you are actively killing your loyal customers. I will never repurchase a Samsung product (not even phone, ANY PRODUCT) unless yall get together.
This is not only unprofessional, disrespectful to customers that had spent a large amount of money, but on top of that there are CLEAR security issues if my own phone is giving me ads - meaning I can't ever be sure what info of mine you sell.
I've hated apple all my life but I am going to jump ship.

I don't go on social media. In my opinion, they're enabling a civil thought war. Trust me, I'm missing absolutely nothing from living free of these privacy and intelligence annihilators.

There's a few methods / apps that can be used to block ads. Blokada, AdGuard and one that even uses Samsung's Knox to block ads.

Blokada & AdGuard need to be downloaded directly, as Google doesn't appreciate apps that block advertising. The one that uses Knox to block ads can't be discussed here.

You didn't address ios 14. This is the primary point in question.  Why is Samsung apparently unwilling to offer its customers the same levels of protection? In fact, it seems Samsung doesn't even want to talk about it.

The Galaxy S series has always been a solid product, and I like my phone.   But there is no ad protection,  like ios 14 on the horizon.  So it seems you're pushing me, and others, out of your community.

cool I'm glad you haven't received ads. Doesn't mean others, including myself had the same experience. Please see above, screenshots don't lie. I hope it stays that way, but odds are, Samsung is just going to push more, and I'm sure you'll see them for yourself soon enough ;)

I dont know what you're trying to imply with this comment, but the ads to in fact exist and are becoming a major problem on galaxy devices.
