Android 10 - Photos corrupted

I was just using my phone and wanted to send someone pictures. I realized that, the WhatsApp photos folder in my phone was having issues. I opened it and half the pictures are now corrupted. What should I do?

It's stored on the internal memory. SD card is fine, all folders on it are okay.

My phone created duplicates of all folders after the update and then corrupted half the images.

i am having a similar issue I tried to email a couple of pics today I took today and when I went to up load photos its said cant find any content and this was after I updated late last night. I tried different email accounts and they all do the same.. hotmail.ca and gmail nothing works.. but i send a text with any pic i have on my phone.

Yeah, I noticed it when uploading photos as well!

Hello i have the same problem I don't know what to do did you fix it?? because I need help...my phone was full and then I started to delete some pictures but I deleted everything by mistake
