Hi, When will we receive an update for S23FE snapdragon version(Canada)?

Yes, I have checked. Still, no updates have been received yet. Has anyone else received updates?

Hi Mr_K_, if your S23 FE is tied to a specific carrier, you can check with your cellular carrier's website/online forum for your device's software update schedule.

Yes, it's tied with fido. I'll check that.

In their forum, they mentioned December 19 as an update day for S23FE.

Canadian Carriers don't have anything to do with Samsung's Android version updates! 

They all come directly from Samsung Canada Servers.

What is the model number of your phone found in Settings, about phone?

Did you receive it from a carrier, Samsung or Amazon?

SM-S711W, I received it from Fido carrier. I also checked their forum; they mentioned the S23FE will get an update on December 19th.

Your device should definitely be able to receive the update with those specs and getting it from Fido so I guess keep checking for it
