Galaxy SThe s22 Ultra was your flagship phone. It's a great phone but Samsung have very badly deployed Android updates destroying this phone. Can Samsung senior management please release something about this. It's outrageous

Galaxy SI have a Samsung s21 never had any problems until I got this update. About a month ago My phone started giving me a message saying that there is no SIM card detected and charging by USB-C stopped working. I went through every troubleshooting method that there was out there and to no avail the charging and SIM card still wasn’t working. I received a software update over a week ago and the SIM and USB-C charging started working again. But then this morning my phone stopped charging and that same message came back stating that no SIM card could be detected. I can only use wifi and had to buy a wireless charger as well as I can’t get texts or calls! Please fix so I can just just trade this in for a better phone!

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
