Android Auto Connection Issue

My new S25 Ultra won't connect via cable to my car even though it connects to other cars and other phones connect to my car by the same cable. Samsung is struggling to fix it and I have tried all the software adjustment fixes suggested elsewhere including: reset phone, reset car head unit, uninstall/reinstall Android Auto, update everything, turnnoff autoblocker, clear Android Auto cache and data, clear usb data, use developer options to check that default usb setting is not just charging, etc. Looking for suggestions I haven't tried. Samsung has my phone and say it is operating according to manufacturers specifications. Samsung Support were able to fix it once by connecting remotely and changing something that users can't but after connecting to a hire car I can't now connect to my car even after redoing all the software adjustments including forgetting other car and Samsung Support can't replicate. Any suggestions welcome.

Seems like a car issue, what car is it?

My S25 is the only one that doesn't connect to the car. My S21 Ultra and many other Android phones connect without trouble. It is a 2021 Mazda BT50.

So did it work with another car?

Yes but other phones work with mine

If you have any VPN installed you may uninstall and test the connection

I read somewhere tp try uninstalling the update to the app?....otherwise, can have you reached out to google team via google play? It is their app and they work closely with Samsung so hopefully, with some feedback, they may be able to fix asap

Google can only respond to problems with Google Play Store transactions. Trying to contact the Android Auto Developer but they only respond with auto response quoting General Forums.

This is what was there inder app support on google play under android auto....maybe send an email? Hope it gets fixed soon, I know how annoying it can be
