Galaxy SNo, Wiping Cache only removes lost fragments, it will never delete any of your files, photos, data etc.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume UP and the Power button simultaneously, until you feel the device vibrate and release the buttons.
3) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
4) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is completed, it will default to "Reboot system now"
5) Press the Power key to restart the device.
