Methods:

1-volume down and power key for more than 7 seconds to restart
2-connect the device to pc, open samsung smart switch pc app to reinstall your phone software (your all data will be lost if you do not make a backup)
3- if the methods above didn't work it might be a hardware failure like motherboard error. visit a service center

1. Make sure you’re installing the update on your home Wi-Fi network (not data) and then try restarting your Galaxy S10 to refresh device.
2. Wiping the cache partition on the phone (Press and hold volume up button, Home button and power button simultaneously > when the screen with No commands message shows up tap on the screen > use volume keys to select "wipe cache partition" and use power button to select it > confirm by select yes option > reboot system now).
3. Update again
4. If problem persists, you need get Samsung technical support (remote support as in pic).
