D A Y 46 since my ('Online Exclusive') pre-order placed. S22U, Graphite, 1TB. . .

MARCH 29th UPDATE: Email and Tracking # received this evening. Delivery tomorrow by Noon all-being-well !

47+ Days and ZERO updates...

I just contacted with CS agent, and he told me the same **bleep**.   

CS Agent: "I am completely underdtand the pain and frustration you are going through being in your shoe, and we have expedited the process to dilever the order with in this week. "

Just got my red 256gb today. Ordered on Feb 9th.

How long did it take from preparing dispatch to getting your order?

Changed to preparing to dispatch on 18th March. Shipped on 25th March. It was weekday delivery. That's why I got it on Monday.

Just got off from the phone and the funny part is one agent said that they are waiting for devices to theri warehouse and another says it is in stock that's why order is in preparing dispatch. SCAMSUNG EVEN DOESN'T HAVE INFORMATION.
