The AOD clock does that automatically because it's designed not to use the same pixels over and over again and cause a pixel burn in.
So far there's no way to stop it From doing that.

Yeah if you phone is on charging, screen burn in can happen easily if that clock isn't moving. Don't try to stop that clock from moving my friend had to send his phone for repairs due to screen burn in
