Is there a way to stop the AOD clock from changing positions? It is sometimes on the top, sometimes in the middle, and sometimes on the bottom, and it changing locations every few times I lock the phone is annoying me.

The AOD clock does that automatically because it's designed not to use the same pixels over and over again and cause a pixel burn in.
So far there's no way to stop it From doing that.

Thanks for telling me. I haven't thought of it that way before.

Yeah if you phone is on charging, screen burn in can happen easily if that clock isn't moving. Don't try to stop that clock from moving my friend had to send his phone for repairs due to screen burn in
