The recent update removed the ability to customize the AOD. I don't get why they would remove this feature but it's very annoying.

It's just been moved to Samsung's GoodLock LockStar.

Unfortunately, not if you have an S24 series phone ...AOD customization is zilch! And that is hugely annoying.1719664547315.jpg

LockStar doesn't provide the same options on the S24 series?

Nope ...I gave my A54 to my daughter, and she has more AOD customization than me, but that's easy because I have none.

That's REALLY LAME!

I'm not sure, but I think that I saw that someone was saying that you need to connect with your computer, to Boot the S24 series into Recovery??

It does actually. S24 ultra here.

In the settings, we can choose to show the lockscreen wallpaper or not.

Then in lockstar, you can customize a bunch of stuff when you click on the image.1719679715974.jpg1719679715995.jpg1719679716017.jpg

But not the Brightness for AOD, Which is what seems to be the biggest complaint?

Yeah for the brightness, unfortunately, it seems to have been removed. I guess cause Samsung thinks users will want to use the iPhone style always on with the whole background and that would cause too much of a ding to the battery if adjusting the brightness too high. Samsung decisions 🤷‍♂️

But the customization is still there.
